Account Manager – Occupational Rehabilitation
Salary: $115k – $125k + Super
Location: Sydney - Flexible / Hybrid (3 days WFH)
We are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join a growing Occupational Rehabilitation provider.
This role will focus on managing and developing existing customer relationships across the workers compensation and occupational rehabilitation space. The position is highly relationship-driven and would suit someone with a strong allied health and occ rehab background who enjoys stakeholder engagement and account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming referrals, claims, and provider relationships
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers and referral partners
- Attend client meetings, lunches, and stakeholder engagement events
- Triage cases and escalate complex matters where required
- Work closely with the General Manager to support account growth and service delivery
- Maintain strong communication and reporting standards across accounts
About the Role:
- Hybrid position with 3 days working from home
- Approximately 70% of the role can be performed remotely via Teams/cloud-based systems
- Some travel required, including travel to Sydney
- No cold calling involved — focus is on relationship management and account growth within existing networks
Requirements:
- Allied Health qualification/background essential
- Previous Occupational Rehabilitation experience essential
- Strong Workers Compensation experience required
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid environment
